Public Liability Insurance Statement
Carson’s Castles holds Public Liability Insurance covering the delivery, setup, and collection of our equipment, as well as its use when operated in accordance with our safety guidelines and terms & conditions.
Please note:
- Our standard insurance does not cover manned hire or staffed operation of equipment.
- Where staff supervision or manned operation is requested, insurance is arranged on an ad-hoc basis and must be confirmed in writing prior to the event.
- If no such confirmation is provided, the hire will be treated as unmanned, and responsibility remains fully with the hirer.
Third-Party Equipment & Services
Where bookings include third-party equipment or services (such as rodeo bulls, wipeout games, catering, or external entertainment providers):
- Each supplier is required to hold their own valid Public Liability Insurance
- Carson’s Castles acts only as a booking facilitator in these cases
- We accept no liability for any claims, damages, or incidents arising from third-party services
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure:
- Appropriate supervision is in place at all times
- All equipment is used safely and in line with provided guidance
- Any third-party provider has suitable insurance documentation available upon request
Important
Failure to follow safety instructions or terms of use may:
- Invalidate insurance cover
- Result in full liability being passed to the hirer
