Castles
As a general rule of thumb as advised by Manufacturers castles are suitable for users no higher than the size of the side walls
We have a constantly expanding selection of adult bouncy castles and adult inflatable games to choose for all occasions.
Bookings
You can book our castles via our simple online ordering system and pay card or cash on delivery, You can also simply call us on the number above or via email.
We offer multiple ways to pay:
- Card when reserving online
- Cash on Delivery when reserving online
- Card machine on delivery
- Cash on delivery
- Invoice on Request
We can provide formal invoices for all transactions emailed via PDF within 24 hours.
We can also offer payment on NET30 Terms with prior agreement.
You can book online no later than 18:00 the night before. However please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment, we can take bookings months in advance. We can be very busy during school holidays.
Each item has a deposit, usual £10 but the price can vary, when you go to book it will advise on the deposit required. Deposits are non-refundable but if you cancel no later than 7 days before the deposit can be used as credit on a future booking.
Halls and Venues
We have H Style Castles suitable for indoors and A Frame castles suitable for outdoors, we have a specific category for under 9ft, please contact us with your height requirements.
We carry risk assessments with us in all our vans, public bookings require these for all setups but please let us know beforehand if your private booking requires a risk assessment to allocate additional time for this task.
Yes all our electrics are pat tested annually , we even have a pat machine in house and regularly repair and check out electrical equipment in between hires.
We hold Liability insurance, employee insurance and also have the option of manned hire insurance.
You can select a specific time during booking, this is tailored for halls so we can work around the requirements.
No, our day hire is any times up to 8 hours, if you require the castle for a shorter period the same pricing applies.
Delivery and Timings
We cover the whole of Birmingham and Solihull and go as north as Tamworth. We do also travel nationwide
Please get in touch if castles are available we are open to discussions but please note a delivery charge will apply and we may require payment upfront for long distances.
We do deliveries between 8:00 - 12:00 in the mornings, but we also can deliver at any time of day. When booking online you can specify the ideal time, we cant always guarantee this but we will let you know and discuss.
If you pick the free 4 hour delivery window (8:00-12:00 and 17:00-21:00*) and setup window we will deliver at any point during this time, the hire will last no minimum than 7 hours.
*Time varies based on month
If you have requirements for the bouncy castle to arrive at a specific time you can pick the time, we aim to arrive within 30 minutes of this time.
Is it suitable
All our castles have in the description the size of the cancel and the minimum space required to erect the castle. We normally need around 3ft where the blower attaches and 1ft minimum around all other sides.
No we cannot normally do this for safety reasons but a slight slope should be ok, please get in touch to discuss.
Outside on hard surface is not recommended but can be done by using the correct securing weight of 163kg per anchor point, on booking please mention the booking is outdoors on hardstanding.
On The Day
On rainy days you will recieve a text request to confirm if you still want to proceed, all monies will be refunded if you wish to cancel after receiving this text.
We are constantly monitoring wind patterns and if the wind is scheduled, if its over 24mph we will have no choice but to cancel as it can be dangerous.
On the day we ask that the location the castle will be inflated is clear of debris and more importantly we have access to a power source, we bring extension cables up to 50 metres. If power isn't available we have petrol powered options at additional costs but please let us know when booking.
Our Company
Yes, we have public liability insurance cover of 5 million pounds. We can send copies of this or bring paper copies if required.
FAQ - Nightclub and Party Tents
We have various size nightclubs and this is a bit of a tricky question, all depends on how comfortable you want the environment to be;
- 12x12 Nightclub - Approx. 10-15 Participants
- 12x15 Nightclub - Approx. 15-20 Participants
- 15x15 Nightclub - Approx. 20-30 Participants
- 15x20 Nightclub- Approx. 30-40 Participants
No, our nightclubs have a roof made of cotton, they are not waterproof but are water resistant, also due to wear and tear the roof may have minor holes from the nightclubs being deflated on top of equipment. We can provide a tarpulin on top of the nightclub but please mention this on booking notes
Are nightclubs get hot in summer months and in daytime when temps are 30 Plus can be overwhelming.
In winter they do trap heat and are ok and more often than not a heater is not needed, but we do offer heater hire add on.
All our nightclubs as standard come with a T Bar with 4 different type of lightings on, we aim to provide 4 different lights but our T bars can vary but we always guarantee high quality great enjoyment lighting with all hires.
Our nightclubs come with a 600/800w speaker as standard, this is a 12 inch speaker that includes Bluetooth, sd card, aux as standard.
