Terms of Hire

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

Please ensure you follow the safety instructions provided at all times;

  1. Adults MUST NOT use bouncy castles intended for children. All castles have specific guidelines to follow. We at Carsons Castles have adult bouncy castles available for hire.
  2. All shoes, glasses, jewellery and birthday badges and any sharp objects MUST BE REMOVED before using the inflatable castles.
  3. No food and drink to be allowed on the inflatable or near the inflatables.
  4. No smoking or BBQ's to be allowed within 2m of the inflatable or any electrical devices provided.
  5. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of the bouncy castles is NOT allowed at any time.
  6. Users with a heart defect, pacemaker, open wounds or anybody who is pregnant should not use our equipment and would not be covered under any terms of our liability policy, this list is not inclusive so please get in touch with your specifics.

  8. A responsible adult must always be present when children are playing
    1. A adult must also supervise the inflatable and deflation at all times.
  1. ALWAYS ensure the inflatable castle is not overcrowded and limit the numbers according to age and size of children using it. Please contact us for guidelines
  2. AVOID large and small children using it at the same time.
  3. DO NOT ALLOW anyone to bounce on the front safety step.
  4. In the event of heavy rain or strong winds the inflatable and electronic equipment MUST be turned off.
  5. Once the inflatable is inflated it MUST not be moved for safety reasons.
  6. In the event of power loss make sure ALL children are off the inflatable and contact us straight away.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

The person hiring this inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

DAMAGED EQUIPMENT

While we understand wear and tear occurs frequently we reserve the right to charge damage fees for any intentional damage that may have occurred to our equipment.

For example; we had a customer put a safety mat on top of a generator which in turn resulted in it melting and was charged £20 replacement fee.

Any malicious damage we reserve the right to contact the police as criminal damage of hired goods is a prosecutable offense.

LOSS OF EQUIPMENT

Please note that any items lost during the hire period will be subject to a replacement charge based on the cost of the item. This ensures that we can continue to provide high-quality equipment for future events.

  • The cost of a lost mat is approx £25
  • The cost of a lost Velcro Football is approx £40

Please contact us to confirm costs, we also offer damage waiver insurance cover if required that covers you for loss or damage of equipment, please contact us for this price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are now required for all bookings.

Deposited are None refundable

If you cancel no later than 7 days from your date of hire we can allow the deposit to be used as credit for a future purchase.

If we have to cancel due to weather we will refund any payment including the deposit.

It is your reasonability to confirm If the inflatable will fit in your garden/space, we provide minimum space information on all listings. We ca not refund the deposit, additional we may request you to pay a % of your booking cost for failed installations due to this. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient space for the inflatable.

If on delivery the castle does not fit for whatever reason and we are unable to offer a replacement the deposit will not be refunded.

By agreeing on a booking of hire of any of our equipment you have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions and fully understand and accept the conditions as laid out above. You are aware that whilst in you care you the hirer are fully responsible for the inflatable castles and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition i.e dirty/muddy condition

FAQ – Nightclub and Party Tents

How many people does the nightclub hold?

We have various size nightclubs and this is a bit of a tricky question, all depends on how comfortable you want the environment to be;

  • 12×12 Nightclub – Approx. 10-15 Participants
  • 12×15 Nightclub – Approx. 15-20 Participants
  • 15×15 Nightclub – Approx. 20-30 Participants
  • 15×20 Nightclub- Approx. 30-40 Participants

Is the nightclub waterproof?

No, our nightclubs have a roof made of cotton, they are not waterproof but are water resistant, also due to wear and tear the roof may have minor holes from the nightclubs being deflated on top of equipment. We can provide a tarpulin on top of the nightclub but please mention this on booking notes

Is the nightclub warm/cold or can you provide heater?

Are nightclubs get hot in summer months and in daytime when temps are 30 Plus can be overwhelming.

In winter they do trap heat and are ok and more often than not a heater is not needed, but we do offer heater hire add on.

Does the nightclub come with Lights?

All our nightclubs as standard come with a T Bar with 4 different type of lightings on, we aim to provide 4 different lights but our T bars can vary but we always guarantee high quality great enjoyment lighting with all hires.

Does the nightclub come with a speaker?

Our nightclubs come with a 600/800w speaker as standard, this is a 12 inch speaker that includes Bluetooth, sd card, aux as standard.

  • When booking, you can add overnight hire from just £25-£40. This means we’ll collect the inflatable the following morning between 8:00am and 12:00pm. Please note, if the inflatable is needed for another event the next day, collection may be as early as 8:00am, so please be prepared. We also offer discounted two-day hire rates if you’d like to keep your inflatable for longer or arrange a later collection the next day.
  • In the event of bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel your booking for safety reasons. Please get in touch if you’d like to know what we classify as unsuitable weather conditions.
  • Please ensure there is adequate space for the inflatable. All units must be securely anchored into the ground using either pegs (provided) or sandbags. Without proper anchoring, the hire will not be covered by our insurance.
  • We are fully insured and operate in full compliance with HSE regulations for inflatable hire. Full information on these safety standards can be found here on the HSE website.
  • While we can’t guarantee exact delivery or collection times unless requested, we’ll always contact you if there’s likely to be an issue. If you don’t hear from us, you can rest assured we’ll arrive at the agreed time — that’s our promise!
